Q1. What's the quickest way to contact SealTite?
That's easy!

Q2. How much will it cost?
You can be assured that SealTite's wide experience and ability to source quality materials at the best prices will result in the most economical cost to our customers
Q3. How long will it take? When can I expect my new seals?
For Australian made systems, one would expect the seals to be completed within about 24hrs or at worst a few days. For less common makes where raw materials may have to come from overseas, the time lag could be a few weeks.
There again -- order today and you could have your seals manufactured and installed tomorrow!
Q4. Can I buy the materials and install myself?
Yes and No!
Certainly, SealTite can manufacture and supply seals for your appliance with instructions for installing these.
However, although we can guarantee the integrity of the seals as they leave SealtTite, we cannot give a warranty on their fitting or efficiency as this is dependent on the type and the condition of the unit itself. And of course, this also assumes that the customers has any necessary tools and the skills required to instal the new seals, some types of which, can present a challenge even to trained professionals!
Q5. Do you guarantee your work? Is there any warranty?
Assuming your refrigerator or freezer is itself in good condition, the door seals should last (on average) for around 4 years, if regularly kept clean and dry. SealTite guarantees its own workmanship in manufacture and installation of your new door seals and is happy to address any problems should they arise.
Q6. What locations do you visit?
We regularly travel to locations across the Northern Rivers and into Queensland.
This list is not exhaustive but gives you an idea of our scope: Tweed Heads, Terranora, Banora Point, Surfers Paradise, Bundall, Broadbeach, Palm Beach, Mermain Beach, Burleigh Heads, Coolangatta, Kingscliff, Murwillumbah, Lismore, etc...
